Position Overview- We’re seeking Licensed and non-licensed Opticians with a passion for fashion, sales, and personalized client experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide concierge-style service to a sophisticated clientele

• Drive individual and team sales while exceeding KPIs

• Stay current with fashion trends and offer expert styling advice Build lasting relationships through client outreach and follow-up

• Maintain showroom standards for cleanliness and merchandising

• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless luxury experiences

Qualifications:

• Dispensing license required- or an action plan to obtain Minimum

• 3 years of optical retail sales experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Professional, polished, and solution-oriented Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales

• Passion for fashion and luxury eyewear

Compensation & Benefits:
