Overview

Moncler is looking for seasonal (November and December 2025) part-time (10 hours during weekends) Runner to join our team to join our flagship store in Stockholm.

Our Runners support our sales and stock teams in delivering an excellent client experience, and in maximising store performance.

Your Impact

Responsibilities and tasks:

• To support the sales teams in the selling ceremony;

• To support the sales team to achieve excellent selling performances and results;

• To enable the sales team to have all the correct products and information needed to deliver a unique and efficient client experience;

• To ensure that products are flawlessly promoted for sale by maintaining visual merchandising at all times, following company guidelines;

• To ensure the quality and cleanliness of the products on the sales floor, at the till and in the back office (storage, folding, organising etc.);

• To assist with other tasks as needed including packing and wrapping, keeping the store clean, and offering complimentary refreshments.

• To support the back-of-house team in organising and maintaining the stockroom areas efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance of the stock and merchandise;

• To deal with product replenishment and stock activities in the sales and stock areas;

• To work with the team effectively and enthusiastically conveying energy and motivation whilst being a reliable Partner

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Passionate about Retail and Client service;

• Ability to communicate in English, another language is a plus;

• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced, changing environment;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment;

• Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including weekends and bank holidays;
